The project at a glance
The main objective of this project is to propose validated technological solutions to improve the daily work life of employees operating in complex industrial environments.
The aim is to address real-world challenges encountered in the field by providing tools that are tailored, reliable, and immediately usable.
Achievements
The solutions developed through this project were designed using an agile, iterative approach focused on real-world needs.
Thanks to this methodology, concrete proof-of-concept models were developed, tested, and validated in industrial environments.
These prototypes, firmly grounded in operational realities, were transferred to the partners’ internal R&D teams for gradual integration into production lines.
CATIE contribution

CATIE contributed to the project by conducting an in-depth analysis of existing methods and tools to identify their limitations from the users’ perspective.
Based on this analysis, a methodology was developed to design tailored technical solutions that combine technological innovation with a deep understanding of user practices.This approach enabled real-world evaluation of the solutions directly in the field, focusing on four major challenges:
